How Our Rent To Own Program Works
The tenants/buyers will rent to own your house for 3, 4 or 5 years; this term is completely up to you, the homeowner. A non-refundable deposit is required from the tenant/buyer which goes to you. The tenant/buyer will also pay you rent each month in the form of post-dated cheques or email transfer. After the term is over, the tenant/buyer will then purchase your house for the price that is set up front. On the documents, the lease term, lease amount, purchase price, down payment amount and rent credit amount are all stated and there are no grey areas. Once you sign up for the service, an information package will be sent out to you describing this further.
How Our Service WOrks
Once you have purchased our services, we will contact you within 2 business days to get an inspection and appraisal set up through our approved professionals. This is all paid for by us; you do not incur any other costs once the service is purchased. Once the inspection and appraisal come back, your house will be advertised on our website for all potential tenants/buyers to see!! We will also do additional advertising if need be at our expense! Once a serious buyer is found for your house, we will put them in contact with you to view the home and go from there! Once the tenant/buyer is ready, we will sign the contracts with them and pass the contracts on to you, the homeowner. All down payment money will go through us to ensure validity before it is passed onto you. Our minimum down payment on any home in Canada is $2500, so you will receive, at least, the cost for this service back once your house is filled. We will determine, with your approval, all of the prices for the property including the rental amount, purchase price, down payment amount, etc.
Each potential rent to own tenant will be screened with a credit check and their references will be contacted. Their credit does not have to be good at this point in the game, but our financial advisors will be working alongside them throughout the process to put them in the best possible position to purchase a home when the time comes. You will deal directly with the tenant once your home has been selected.
The RPM service is $2499.00, and, as mentioned, there are no other costs associated with this. Once your house is filled, you will receive $2500.00 minimum, so your initial investment will be returned. We do have a 6 month refund policy. If your property is not filled after 6 months, and you choose to unsubscribe from our service, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the appraisal, inspection and administration fee. You will receive a copy of the appraisal and inspection, so your money is definitely not wasted.
There is a huge demand across the country for rent to own homes. As everyone is well aware, mortgages aren’t as easy to get as they once were, people’s financial situations have changed for the worse, and it’s just not that easy to buy a house these days! With that being said, there is hardly ever a problem getting a house filled through our rent to own program.

Another advantage to RPM’s service and the rent to own option for your property is someone else will be paying down your mortgage. This means, you will owe far less than what you do today, so, you will make more money on your house than if you sold it today. How great is that!!
This is a hassle free solution for your property. We provide the contracts that we have been using on our own rent to own homes for years. We will fill them out with the tenants and then you to ensure everything is done correctly. We will also provide ongoing support throughout the rent to own term up until your house is sold. Anytime you have a question or concern, we are just a phone call or email away.
You will have the last say on who lives in your house, and you will have direct contact with the tenants. Only serious people will be inquiring about your property as the potential tenants will have to pay a fee to use our service. The tenant’s fee will then go towards their down payment, which goes to you, the homeowner. Our down payments range anywhere from $2500 – $20,000 depending on the house, so with that type of initial investment, you can be assured that only serious homebuyers will be looking and living in your property.
